Here at Strumpet and Trollop sometimes we struggle to keep up with the demand for our uniquely handmade separators so we have designed a new separator modelled on our own functional and reliable design, but made using the technique roto-moulding. This way we can make them much faster and ship them just as quick. We still have our original separators available, you just have to wait a little longer for our handmade ones.
This exciting new product is manufactured by the same fab company that have made our bottles and buckets for the past 3+ years, they have an excellent design made for function and durability, and with steritouch built right in, so antibacterial as well.
These new separators are just as strong and resilient as our hand made ones, and have a complete wipe clean surface on top and now underneath without any heavy ridges or joins.
Just like our original separator, this model also comes with a lip all the way around the rim, this reduces the chance of urine flowing where it shouldn’t, and to ensure it fits just right under any standard toilet seat.
The ‘Modestly’ Bung fits perfectly into the solids chute and is purely designed for Modesty, to cover the view of the contents of the solids tank in your Compost Toilet when not in use. We recommend that it is always removed when urinating, and insist that it is always removed when doing a number 2 😉
